Relaunching

I'm still here. Alive and kicking and living in Prague. I recently relaunched into life here, so i thought it was about time I wrote something bloggy.

So being 'away from home' for more than a year certainly has had it's drawbacks; but I wouldn't be here if it wasn't still giving me more insights into life. Daily my appreciation for it in its totality increases, and I can't say better than that.

If I have resolutions for the new year, they're much the same as always; so they include keeping in touch with the people I care about where ever I or they may be. I don't have any children of my own yet, and I know well that they keep some people busy, but whether you’ve got them or not, drop me a line sometime. I'd love to hear how you’re all going.

I tried to pour my occasional need for diary writing and email diatribes on the world from my angle into this handy access at your peril as you like blog page; but found I wrote too much too infrequently to really make best use of the medium. So I'm going to try again, and this is the relaunch.

The previous post is a completely fresh summary of my last year and a bit, to take us up to the present, and from now on I'm aiming to write short weekly or bimonthly blurbs that are if not entertaining, then at least constitute an informative travelog of my adventures; so hopefully I won't any longer feel compelled to unexpectedly bombard someone with an unreasonably long email again!
